Terms of Service
The rules for using publishub. Creating an account means you agree to them.

What publishub does
publishub analyzes short videos and returns recommendations: the second your audience drops, the line you were saying at it, and an action plan of what to cut, change, add and improve. It also generates an edited version of the video, with the cuts the analysis suggests or that you ask for, without ever changing the file you uploaded. publishub does not guarantee audience, reach or results: the recommendations and the edits are analysis, not a promise.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe. Use publishub if you are 18 or older, or with permission from whoever is responsible for you.

Your content
Your videos stay yours. You give us permission to process them for the single purpose of generating your analysis and showing you the result. Don't send illegal content, or material from others that you have no right to.

Acceptable use
Don't try to get around usage limits, automate sign-ups or overload the service. Accounts doing that can be suspended.

Fair use
Unlimited analyses means no limit on videos over time, not no limit at all. To keep the service fast for everyone, each account can send up to 20 videos for analysis every 24 hours. The limit applies to every account, free or paid, and frees up 24 hours after each upload. Retrying an analysis that failed does not count. We may raise this number at any time; if we ever need to lower it, we will tell you first.

Payment
Founding Creator is a one-time payment, processed by Stripe, that unlocks full analyses, the edited video and the action plan. It is sold only to the first buyers, up to the number of spots shown on the site; once the spots run out, sales close. "Lifetime" means as long as publishub exists as a service. If something goes wrong with your purchase, write to support: we refund within the legal cooling-off period.

Availability and changes
The service can have downtime, and features can change. Changes that take something meaningful away from people who already paid will be announced by email.

Limit of liability
publishub is provided as is. We're not responsible for editorial decisions you make from the recommendations, nor for reach results on the platforms where you publish.

Ending and governing law
You can delete your account whenever you want, from the account page. These terms follow Brazilian law.
